Job Description
- Oversee the sales of wound care products to meet both short-term and long-term business objectives within direct accounts.
- Lead and manage the direct sales team to drive and expand the wound care business, achieving sales targets.
- Develop and implement advertising and promotional programs to increase product usage and capture market share from competitors.
- Provide support to the team in direct sales activities, ensuring that business goals are met.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with users and KOLs to enhance product adoption and market presence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely support and efficient sales operations.
- Assign and manage sales territories and targets to optimize performance and coverage.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in medical related science; Master's degree or MBA equivalent preferredAt least 6 years experiences in medical device industry and 3 years experience in sales and people management. Proven track record of achieving sales target and leading a sales team.Strong interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrable computer literacy with Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and digital platforms.Speaking and reading proficiency in English
