Our client is a global leader for Food & Beverage industry with diversified portfolio of iconic brands. They are now looking for a National Sales Manager and oversee the assigned channels across whole Taiwan region.
Job Description
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement national sales strategies for assigned channels to achieve volume, value, and profitability targets.
- Team Leadership : Manage, coach, and motivate regional sales teams to deliver consistent performance and foster a high-performance culture.
- Channel Development : Identify growth opportunities, optimize distribution networks, and strengthen relationships with key GT partners and distributors.
- Budget Management : Prepare and monitor annual sales budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
- Market Insights : Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform decision-making and adapt strategies.
- Compliance & Standards : Ensure adherence to company policies, trade regulations, and ethical business practices.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align on promotional activities, pricing strategies, and inventory planning.
The Successful Applicant
12+ years solid sales management experience in MNC FMCG industryFamiliar with General Trade channels and experience in managing wholesalers and distributors is a big plusProven experience in leading and motivating a sales team.Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Growth mindset and data driven with high learning agility and flexibilityStrong business acumen and embrace new changes
