Your Responsibilities :

• BA討論達成目標之營運計劃，並督促BA確實執行
• RV目標以即時彈性因應業績規劃
• BV管控
• BA做好客戶管理之相關工作
• BA、主櫃做好商品管理之相關工作
• BA做好區域貨品流轉，提昇產銷及櫃檯競爭力
• BA做好區域盤點計劃
• BA安公司的銷售計劃做好產品的銷售安排計畫
• BA招募 教育訓練 達到人力的素質提升，人員管理含排班管理及人力調配
• BA做好零售KPI的操作要領 ，並精進每一個生意達到最佳狀況

• 5年零售銷售經驗
• 3年管理職或以上職位
