What the day will look like
Renewal and remarketing
- Develop strong client relationship and understand the needs of clients on employee benefits and ensure placement with clients’ selected insurer / program
- Ensure renewal terms obtained are far and competitive by reviewing renewal terms and analysis of claims data
- Preparation of renewal documents such as renewal proposal, claim analysis, benchmarking exercise, communication decks, handbooks
- Meeting with clients on pre-renewal and / or renewals
- Conduct communication sessions on the benefits program to employees
Day-to-Day Operations
Be responsible for any follow up on the employee movement, underwriting requirements and claim submissions for the accounts assignedHandling the enquiries from both HR and employeesFollow up with clients on outstanding invoicesAct as escalation point for all client’s queries / feedback.Taking on any ad-hoc assignmentsSkills and experience that will lead to success
Bachelor’s degreeProficiency in English and MandarinMinimum 1 year of experience as an account manager or agent in Personal / Life Insurance IndustryClient management experience, analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills requiredSelf-disciplined and organisedInterpersonal skill and focus on service excellenceProficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPointHow we support our colleagues
