We are looking for Warehouse & Logistic Operator  to join our Taipei Circular Line-II OCS Project  dynamic team in Alstom Taiwan.

Warehouse & Logistic Operator takes care of the execution, physically and in the information system, of the counts & movements of materials for a dedicated warehouse area for ensuring goods delivery at right time, quantity and place based on Alstom needs.

Taipei Circular Line-II is a newly awarded project in Taiwan to extend from phase 1 West ring to North and South rings of the future Circular Line, overall with 18 stations cross both Taipei and New Taipei Cities.

What are my responsibilities?

In contract or program execution :

• Drive action plan for performance improvement & contribute to risk management.
• Collaborate with the Procurement team (incl. Project Material Manager an Project Procurement manager) to ensure the contractual agreements are reflected in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.
• Follow up the logistics and packaging.
• Work closely with PMM / PM / Logistics for preparation like - SCM Spec., Billing information, PR process etc.
