- Identify and develop new markets and customers
- Maintain good relations with customers
- Work with the CS team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Establish and monitor action plans based on the strategy and the budget

Participate in the creation of the sales strategyFollow action plans based on the sales strategy (market share, ABC customers etc.)Maintain good relationships with current and potential clientsParticipate and execute the sales budgetCollect market and competition informationIdentify and develop new markets and customersPromote Tornos productsPromote Tornos, its image and reputation in the marketsKnow the sales procedures and toolsWork with the CS team to ensure customer satisfactionResolve contractual issues and coordinate Machine equipment installation upon purchase approvalHuman resources management

Technical-commercialMinimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredAdditional training & requirements :
Basic experience in the use of machinesMother tongue Mandarin with excellent knowledge of English (spoken, written and reading) and familiar in Taiwanese.Ability to multi-taskKnowledge of common MS Office IT toolsKnowledge of CRMAbility to use their own initiative in setting priorities and meeting objectivesGood time managementIn-depth technical knowledge of the machine tool marketExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, ease customer contacts
