Responsibilities

Responsible for executing the Order to Invoice process, including order management, consignment management, and returns / exchanges. Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) to ensure order accuracy, confirmation, timely dispatch and acceptance, invoicing, and return arrangements.

Collaborate with the commercial team and customers to manage and improve the consignment order and inventory management process, ensuring smooth execution from consignment consumption to invoicing.

Monitor consignment inventory management, working closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure inventory accuracy and meet customer needs.

Understand customer ordering behavior and interactions with company sales or service representatives to ensure seamless order management and handle return / exchange processes.

Assist communication between CDA and the commercial team to facilitate smooth data management and maintain proper SAP functionality.

Work closely with the finance department (FRA) to support tax invoicing, invoice booking, purchase order (PO) requests, and other related tasks.

Responsible for government invoice uploading to ensure compliance with regulations and accuracy.

Work with IT, ERP experts, and the COE team to resolve issues and errors in the Order to Invoice (OTI) module.

Assist in project execution and actively participate in CO-related initiatives as a Taiwan representative to achieve organizational goals and vision.

Skills and Experiences

Experience with SAP operations is preferred, with familiarity in order management, consignment management, and invoicing processes.

Proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis, etc.).

Good English communication skills, including written correspondence and basic conversations.

Experience in customer service, supply chain management, or related fields.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate across departments.

Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

High sense of responsibility, capable of independently handling tasks.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in consumer goods, medical devices, or manufacturing industries.

Experience in project management or process improvement.

Familiarity with other ERP systems or BI tools.
