Discover what it is like to be part of our team in Taiwan! The Project Administrator will support multiple projects and assist the Onshore Project Manager (PM) in Taiwan. Responsibilities range from document control and correspondence handling to general administrative tasks within the projects. The Project Administrator will report directly to the Onshore Project Manager. This position is based in Taipei, with limited travel required to project sites in Taipei and Kaohsiung. Responsibilities : 1. Documentation Management :

• Perform formal checks and amendments of project documents.
• Prepare document submissions in both soft copy (Microsoft formats, email) and hard copy (printing and binding).
• Control and distribute project correspondence.
• Archive documents and correspondence on SharePoint or other designated storage platforms.
• Provide in-house translation support as needed.
