As Michael Page Permanent Recruitment Consultant You Will :
- Manage your own portfolio of both new and existing candidates and clients
- Become a market expert in order to provide advice and career guidance to candidates
- Network to accrue business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Partner with clients to grow their business by developing and delivering solutions for attracting candidates
- Utilize multiple online resources to source and screen potential candidates Manage all elements of the interview process from beginning to final stages

Possessing a bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of experience in Sales, Client Services, and / or an Engineering and Manufacturing background would be beneficial.High proficiency in English and Chinese with strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentValue teamwork and is driven and self-motivatedPassionate in people businessDetermination for long term career success
