職務描述Bachelor's degree and above. Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in HR program development and implementation. Longer Experience is welcomed. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders. Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, with a high sense of achievement and purpose. Experience working in a global organization headquarter and co-working with cross-functional teams. Experience in implementing HR platforms. Has high-level of module design structure thinking. Manage and drive the implementation of key HR projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and communication. Has robust analytical mindset, proficiency with data analysis tools like Tableau, and the ability to convey complex HR data into actionable reports and presentations.
Job DescriptionJob Summary :
The HR Senior Staffing Specialist is responsible for leveraging their HR domain know-how to plan and drive the implementation of various HR programs. In addition to program development, this role requires a strong capability in using Tableau for planning and executing sophisticated reporting. You will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making, providing valuable insights to the HR function.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR programs in line with business objectives. HR topics include performance, workforce, organization and job level management
- Play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making, providing valuable insights to the HR function
- Work collaboratively with HR teams, business leaders to deliver high-quality HR programs and initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for the adoption of new HR strategies and tools.
